I have 25+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering state-of-the-art instructional products in multiple languages. These innovations solve business problems and meet organizational needs for a wide variety of companies in global markets. My success is based on innovating on what I learned while completing my graduate studies. I have an M.A. with an emphasis in pedagogy. And I'm ABD in the Instructional Psychology and Technology Ph.D. program at Brigham Young University.

I received an award for one of my innovative solutions for American Express. This revolutionized training in the American Express Learning Network (AELN) of more than 60,000 employees. As a result, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are better skilled in resolving customer concerns. This increased overall CSAT scores and resulted in American Express winning consecutive J.D. Power Awards for Customer Satisfaction.
I streamlined the training of Technical Consultants at Domo, Inc. This solution reduced onboarding time from eight (8) weeks down to just five (5) days. This saved the company an average of $10,000 per employee in training costs and lost productivity.
I developed training that resulted in a 100% retention rate for customers who were about to end their contracts with a SaaS company. This solution helped companies not only adopt the SaaS product but also renew and upgrade their contracts.
I co-authored a blended-learning AP Spanish course that is used by more than 10,000 high school students a year and by more than 130,000 students since 2002. This solution has helped them pass the Spanish AP Exam with the highest success rate of any language preparation course on the market. It also generates over $7,000,000 of revenue a year and over $90,000,000 since 2002 for Apex Learning.
